| I've put up another site at zip.to/fiona. It's about my favourite band Suede. It's my favourite band since I saw them play live in Groningen, in the Oosterpoort for a 700 people audience. That was in '95. See Suede Web Ring for more info. They've got 85 sites listed, like Ruru's Music Heaven, wich is a treat, cause it's got a lot of Suede Mp3 files, including rare ones and b-sides like the beautiful 'Sam' and 'Popstar'. Ofcourse there are a lot of other good band sites like Suede Online, wich has got the film 'Cards, pliers and videotapes', wich was shown at the fanclub's b-sides only gig in the Hannover Grand in London. In this world it's easy to fall for a businesslike approach, with all the economy leading the country and so. The risk is that this society gets too cold. Strangelove has written great songs about that. I'm really in for an alternative society, where green fields rule the landscape. Living in the city is confronting cause there are so many people and so many houses and so many cars. It's one big lost place, really. The joy you have are music and friends, family and internet ofcourse. Within this society is a hidden society, made out of all kinds of cool subcultures. They dare to seek the alternative, the adventure and the romance. An ode to all you bohemians outthere! Bye | ||||||||||||||||||
